yaku, but I never use the right phrases in the right situations. I try to teach myself, and always forget the next day. I know Japanese insults pretty well....and cussing....lol. I love listening to Japanese cuss in English...I crack up everytime.

I bet they think the same when we try and speak Japanese.

But the agency said I dont have to know it well since they make everyone at the schools and in the class room speak English. They did say knowing or at least the basics would make things a lot beta.

A friend of mine is doing it over there, she's been there for a year or more now and she tells me she still doesnt know it like she should.
