^5 with the bowl cut... i gt it once too!! b4 i even went to sch tat is.. n ya i agree with the grades but eventually when i got to sec they gave up on me cuz i keep tellin them tat i pass the overall marks n tats wat matters the most.. n when my dad flares up i juz tell him this is the best i can do n i know myself better than u if i fel i cannot do better than tats it.. then eventually they neva force me to go to poly or jc or ite.. n there is when my career started of... lol

my mom compares me to my older sister all the time
we're absolute opposites though
except we both get perfect grades (the asian effect)
so its kind of a pain

My neice is going through similar woes. She just turned 18 and is new to the adult life. She has lived a very sheltered life....this one isnt on here, I have a neice that is on here sometimes, this one has no interests in anime or drama...(everyone has flaws...lol) anway...

She calls me today and says that everytime she calls home she gets lectures about going college and why is she waiting untill January to go and why did she pay her own tutition and why couldnt she have stayed in Florida and why is she living with her boyfriend at such a young age and she's not ready to be married or have kids....yadda yadda.

It's getting to her it really is. I may have to moderate and I hate those responsibilities.

sometimes when we are young we intend to go against our parents but eventually parents juz wan the best for us.. Like when i used to work at time i dn even go home cuz i'll be wrkin part time after my workin hours n its like 7-3(permanent work) 4-12/1( part time job) then i dn go home n slp at the locker mum wil get worried but i always tell her i'll be fine.. but whne i gt home i can see her worried face..

parents alwasy do tat Koi.. i'm lucky tat my last studyin age was 17 lol.. then i have read a book or in other words i cannot get anythin in my brain after i started workin lol

yea i know
but its weird because overall
im practically better than my sister at my age
i got better grades than she did at my age
im more well behaved
more organized
etc.

usually the younger one turns out better thab the first one.. lol like my sis she stil has a very bad habit of spendin her hard earn money b4 the next pay usually her $$ wil last her 2 weeks the most n its like 3-500 gone in 2 weeks max

my sister is generally perfect academic wise though
student body president
5 AP classes
swim team
straight A's, even in the AP classes (and straight A's means no A-)
and she got into like the best colleges

There's somethign wrong with that much perfection. When I was in grade school my grades sucked, but all i did was party too. I hated school. Then I got to college and was paying for it....so I made Deans list, won academic awards, grants....yadda yadda.

But i was 24 and all partied out. :P
