aw....I hope after this low there is a high! And I think right now you are under stress. Just try to see it as normal. Well that is what I doo..and it helps....and do lots outside, fresh air helps as well...

just finished another ep of long love letter(manga: difting classroom)...kinda great. Anyone who is into Sci fi should watch it.

Make sure you drink it Hot, and whatever you do...dont drink UNFILTERED. It's grainy looking. It's disgusting. The best kind is Gekkeikan. You heat it until it's unbelievably hot in a sake caraft or other microwavable container. You can do it on the stove top in a pan, but its a little trickier because you'll steam the good stuff out. so Microwave is better.

It must be drunk in sake cups. there's an actual ritual or way of drinking it. I wish I could give you a visual. but you drink the whole thing fast with one hand on the bottom of the cup and the other holding the sides. Tip it in with your head going back quick and let the warmth pour down your throat.

One more thing...stay away from Draft too. taste like Vodka, but worse. I like vodka, I dont like draft sake. Whoever came up with it should be colored a dart board and well used. It's also better to drink it with others. That feel good feeling comes quicker and stronger.

I dont drink beer, or hard liqour. I only drink Sake and wine, the rest makes me sick.
