Suzumiya you have some on their that I liked - Kurosagi and Odori(Proposal) Daisakusen. So I might check out Dragon Zakura.

Well the only Jdrama i seen with Romance/Comedy i seen is Koishite Akuma, I would realy recommend this to anyone out here. It's a wonderfull drama with a great story and a bueatiful ending.
