So i've been in the mood to be scared lately and i'm hoping you guys can help me out with that and recommended a good Scary JDrama and/or movie.

SOOOOOO!
um i watch a pretty creepy movie. Reincarnation.

Like most JHorror it's not "omg i can't watch this, it's too much!" but more like a tension building and just plan creepy. a little predictable, but still a good story ^.^
