Oh! Don't Laugh At My Romance is a nifty one. It's a quirky little romantic comedy, honestly it's something like a Woody Allen feel to it.
Oh! and Detroit Metal City is just freaking hilarious.

I'll never forget Howl's Moving Castle. I've seen almost all the Miyazaki movies and thats the only one that really stuck with me. There are alot of good aspects to it.

I was thinking about Miyazaki's movies first but I think I have to choose live-action movies for this class

..and I totally agree, Howl's moving castle is a very good movie, stuck with me also!

It should by Punisher II - War Zone, great action but quite violent, much more violent then 300 March to Glory witch is a very violent movie so you can understand.
