lol...we can agree to disagree, but I've seen Meteor Garden and HYD twice. Both I.M. and Barbie Hse were good and genuinely believable in this role. IMO even when KHS was supposedly being strong (physically or mentally) she appeared spastic-ally stupid and her facial expressions were ridiculously distorted. I also don't remember either I.M. or B.H whining/crying so much. I can't imagine anyone falling in love w/ that girl and find it absurd to think these 2 male characters in particular would. At least the F4 were portrayed well. Like I said in the beginning, everyone can agree to disagree. Thxs again for posting it Dark ~_^

| Me too. It was so sweet! Wishing there would be a special about the two of them. I also watched the japanese version earlier, but I think this one was better. The mom was fierce - glad I don't have enemies like that. Liked Jun Pyo much better than the Japanese version (Tsukasa was it?), but then I'm not much of a fan of Matsumoto. He was just too dumb. The actor behind Jun Pyo really managed to put some powerful emotions in his character. When he cried I cried. And the koreans have the best facial expressions to show irritation and anger biting their teeth together and spitting the words out. ![]() Cannot believe the obstacles that couple had to figth their way through. Not a day of happiness before something messed it all up. The author of this story sure kept them busy. Hoping for a special. |

I think I've heard something similar to that expression in Korean dramas before. In Coffee Prince the main male character says AISHH!!! or AII!!! several times. In the drama My Girl the main female character sort of clicks her tongue against her teeth or something when she's annoyed (there's probably an english expression for this, but I have no idea) - and that is also something I've seen in other dramas. Funny. Seems like the koreans use a lot of facial expressions to strengthen the show of feelings - I don't know, but that's how I feel. |
