A question for those who're familiar with the manga: where does the story end? Have the drama-makers followed it up to the end or does it keep on going?

![]() Actually when Jan Di was talking about Ji Hoo being her soulmate, I didn't think it was true. In my case, I think that Jun Pyo was her soulmate, which was why they ended up together. Ji Hoo, was the one she would have ended up with if their relationship (Jun Pyo + Jan Di) didn't work out, that's why he was meant to be her husband, like in the previous episodes, there was a scene at the temple when this guy said to Ji Hoo, this girl will bear kids for you. (Something like that, can't recall.) Though I was always rooting for Ji Hoo I kinda knew that they wouldn't end up together.. Last edited by pingping7; 06-09-2009 at 06:02 AM.

First off, I just want to say I hate Yu Mi. At least in both the manga and Japanese drama she seemed to reform and even in the Manga she just seemed clueless. Yet, in the Korean drama she just was downright ruthless. As for some comments on Jan Di. I'll admit in the beginning I was like "Who is this girl? She's so annoying with her silly faces." She's defnitely no Mao Inoue. Yet, as time went on, she really grew on me. And I love Jun just as the rest of you but for some reason Jun Pyo seemed to fit Tsukasa more. Yes, there were moments where I felt he seemed too normal to be Tsukasa where he got certain jokes that would've really gone over Tsukasa's head. Yet, he had the build and he had that intensity. Jun didn't really give that off as well. Granted he beat people up, but think about it, if you were one of those students, would you have felt as freaked out by him? Jun Pyo just seemed to fit that intensity more. Granted, I felt he could've touched more of that random, silly side that Tsukasa has but oh well. And Woo Bin! I wish they focused on him more =( but I couldn't help but notice Yi Jun's face looks very similar to Tsuyoshi Abe (Akira from HYD)! Also, I loved the whole Ga Eul/Yi Jung storyline. It was kinda like they gave us that little dose of fiction that we all wanted from HYD and the manga that we never got. We all love Yuuki and her sweetness and she never won the way we all wanted her to. This drama helped solve all that. All in all, I really do like this drama. It makes me want to watch this again and watch HYD from the beginning again. Both had their good and bad but for some reason I'm leaning toward this a bit more. Has anyone seen the Taiwanese one yet? I hear more about this and HYD than anything else but I Like the fact that apparently they have Kazuya and Makiko in them! Poor Kazuya is always so left out =( Him and his gaudy boat. |

Yep, I guess there're more than enough Matsumoto's fans, we don't even have to like him, they can manage without us. I've realized after re-watching the drama that Mao Inoue is brilliant) *still prefer the Korean version, though. The only thing is the last scene of Hana Yori Dango Final...it was too fluffy for me, made me behave like a fangirl ( so embaracing). Add it to the Korean version and I'm all yours forever. |
