Please someone! Someone to tell me what's written in the letter by the real Lee Joo Hee? He told his brother to take his place or what?

He asked the butler to find out if Oh Daesan was his real twin or not, and if he was the real twin, to do the things that Lee Joon Hee couldn't do in his lifetime.
Now my problem here is that none of the videos are working anymore since yesterday!! The viikiiiii thing just keeps going round and round and it doesnt start downloading...anyone know how i can change that? i really want to watch these last couple episodes!!

Meh they are probably broken. Viikii is incredibly unstable. Ill try to find one that works
