Well, I certainly wouldn't put Really Really Like You in the top 5. Coffee Prince was #1 for me and I thought Couple or Trouble belonged in the top 5. Looking forward to Boys Over Flowers...

I belive that "I really really like you" does deserve to be on top now...thinking it over. Its cute and funny. It has comedy , action and drama. I really like it, it has 34 episode but its not a drag. Goong was not that great, but just good filming...so its shouldn't be on top. Will I ask for you to think it over. Lee Min Ki was fun to watch, he's not the typical charater that would end up with the main lead. Which made it more interesting. Spot #1 or 2 should be My lovely Sam SOon. YOu have to change it. just kidding. but it was a good romace comedy. Hey what about Soulmate.... was it a comedy. not sure. but that one is very good to watch. its pretty deep. love it. |

LOL, just goes to show that everyone has there own tastes! I did like Really Really Like You but didn't think it was a 5 topper... Full house was a fun drama (I just recently purchased it). Couple or Trouble was exaggerated but totally entertaining. Also, I thought "Thank You" was pretty funny in spots. But then it was pretty dramatic and touching/heartwarming also... Coffee Prince.. An all around enjoyable, fun, funny, touching.. Another one I loved/purchased (but not too many others cared for it) was I Am Sam/I'm Your Teacher. |

OMG, I am almost finished with My Girl, and it so deserves the #1! ![]() ![]() I only have the last 3 eps, & like w/ every great drama, I am dreading this coming to an end... So I'm so glad to see a guide to the top 5 posted here! Heh heh, I'm a 40-something American mom..cauc not asian but got hooked on korean drama b/c of insomnia...and a local pbs channel was airing them. Wish I knew Korean b/c then I'd go to youtube and watch the hottest, current korean dramas, but the ppl who post them need to find volunteer translators...so then I come here while I wait |

I am also non-asian (older than you) mom! If you haven't seen my top five, I bet you would love them! (Coffee Prince; Last Scandal of My Life; Couple or Trouble; Thank You; and my absolute fav... Lover's). I became so obsessed I started buying them online. I have a crate full of them now. Currently watching (and enjoying) Boys Over Flowers (I plan to watch the Japanese version because I heard it was better???) |
