Hello, I'm somewhat new to Korean Dramas but I've watched a few Japanese Dramas.

I'm looking for Korean Romantic Comedies or Comedy in general but set in high school.
For the latter I was thinking of something Similar to My Boss My Hero, something that takes place in high school and is pretty funny.

Emm... sorry if my list sounds boring to some as i might repeat the almost- must-watch list for the newbies (means some of them are just too popular to even mentioned here lol...). Anyway, i'm not sure about the comedy element in some of these dramas as imho Korean dramas always have mix of cry and laugh elements at the same time. It's just hard to define any solid comedy drama. But, if you are talking about Korean movie, yes there do have a movie with solid comedy element since it is shorter and simpler than drama. So, taking into account the school set up, i list down the dramas that might suit your taste. Hope you do find some good one.

1. God of Study Korean Drama | Watch Episodes | Reviews | Images - the Korean version of Dragon Zakura (Japanese Drama).
2. Boys Before Flowers Korean Drama | Watch Episodes | Reviews | Images - Korean version of Hana Yori Dango.
3. Dream High Korean Drama | Watch Episodes | Reviews | Images - about student doing music
4. Dream High 2 Korean Drama | Watch Episodes | Reviews | Images - i think it's funnier than its Season 1.
5. Goong Korean Drama | Watch Episodes | Reviews | Images - high school students but with modern Korean palace set up, means it has all these prince, princess etc.

Just some extras: 'Dark drama' with school as its setting. By 'dark drama' i mean it is more serious, tougher, gloomier than the one of comedy school drama. It might caused depression to some.

I think the #1 best Korean series is "Sungyungkwan Scandal" The actors/actresses were amazing, the storyline is fun and interesting, and the music is awesome. At times, Korean shows can have sad twists and turns, but this show was actually fun. When the Protaganists were getting the better of the mean guys, I was actually cheering out loud. Please take the time to see this show. You won't regret it.

I'm looking for some drama/movie recommendations.

Basically I'm looking for any yankee(delinquent) girl type dramas and movies. If not that, then any movie/drama where the female lead is good at fighting.

I saw a request for recommendations on another site but there haven't been many recommendations so far. I'm also going to ask in the Japanese, Taiwan, and Chinese threads so if you know any please post there.

I am very unfamiliar with Korean dramas and movies.

Any help would be appreciated.
