Worst kiss in Korean drama

Talking about the best kisses is easy, maybe thrilling, but not necessarily funny. The worst ones, on the other hand, can provide food for discussion and laughter.
And given the rules of the forum, which have to be respected, it's up to us to keep it as light and joyful as the subject requires.

A kiss can be bad for several reasons: because it resembles the encounter of two tree trunks; because it's too short and shot from a 100 miles distance; because the music ruins the pathos; because those involved have the chemistry of a jelly-fish and an ankle. Your pick.

So, what are the worst kisses in Korean dramas, in your book? But, most of all, why didn't they sweep you off your feet?

If I may, I'll start with this one:
- the swing kiss between Jan Di and Jun Pyo in Boys Before Flowers.
- the reason: if they were any more stiff, their make-up would crack loudly.

Ahem! I beg to differ, amrita luv....it will not just be their make-up cracking, there will some amount of spontaneous gastro-esophageal convulsions (aka vomitting) from the audiences as well...not to mention body hairs standing on ends, not from the temperature (mind you!) but from the "coldness and eeriness" of the kiss. It was so...wrong!

To show you how pathetic the BoF kiss was, I don't even remember it. I want to say sorry but I am not. Let's move on...

Full House: She pecks him on the lips for less than a millisecond then they press their lips together and keep our heads in the same position, LIPS NOT MOVING, as the camera pans out. Wooden? Petrified forest is more like it!

Oh! My Lady: I LOVE this drama because it is super cute but d@mn it all to hell if there is no romance. What little there is, not good. Two kisses in the whole drama. PFFFTTTT!!

My Name is Sam Soon: YOU KNOW I LOVE Hyun Bin. I cannot fault him on this one. It was the camera crew! The angles that the kiss is taken at - OMG! - all you see is shoulder and SOME sort of motion in there but you don't really get the essence of the kiss. It looks like they are trying to show it yet cover it at the same time.

Paradise Ranch: Was anyone in this show kissed before? Just asking because STIFF STIFF STIFFERSONS.

You're Beautiful: Can we be realistic? The two kiss scenes are them putting their lips together (and nothing else), as the camera pans out.

These are the ones that come to my mind right away.

LMAO, to be honest, in my opinion some of the most petrified kisses are displayed in Jdramas (I will never forget the last kiss in Proposal Daisakusen: it seemed as if the girl had suddenly turned into a serene Buddha).

But going back to K-dramas, I agree on the You're beautiful ones. I loved how the camera made that grand circling shoot around them as if we were witnessing the birth of the Universe, while the 2 looked like they were thinking about going shopping the one and selling stock market the other.

As for Full House... what, was there a kiss? I can't remember. It must have happened while I was snoring.

Uh, I forgot to mention My Lovely Kim Sam Soon.
Lib, here you're beating a dead horse with me. You know perfectly well that I ADORE Hyun Bin. He could walk around dressed in a sack, speak only with his eyes or mumble in Swahili, I would melt anyway. But I profoundly dislike the character of Hyun Jin-Heon, and I must be the only Asian drama lover out there who found the pairing in KSS unbelievable and... wrong.

Is there still a niche somewhere to hide behind you, who hides behind Aryael, who hides behind me...?

So, I know that the 'idols' in the drama are too young and blah blah blah, but the final episode of Dream High had all the angst and tension and wondering about the future for a really emotional kiss scene. Still kinda disappointed about that one.
Ugh! It would have just absolutely wrapped it up perfectly!!!

The angle was so weiiiiiiiird, so unaturall, and the girl was so... motionless like a statue !

If you see the video from behind the scene it is more fun !! after the kiss, she just wants to scratch her leg, LOL!

I think that you can post links, as long as they don't show nudity or violence or anything improper. Kisses are, after all, the spice of Dramas!
