I write when I'm happy, angry, depressed, all kinds of moods. I write because it brings my imagination into the real world and sparks the imagination of others. I write to entertain, to relieve stress, to vent my sorrows. I write to show people a glimpse of my worldview. Lots of different reasons.

to express, to share my hidden feelings n to burst it all.~ Becuz I can't really tell them directly so why tell them indirect. I write fanfics, I don't even think that's considered writing, but whatever. Anyway, I write them 'cause I like reading the comments, I like knowing that people enjoy reading what I'm writing, so I write for them. The storylines are basically stuff I daydream about, stuff that will never happen, so it's nice to know that's it's not only in my head. :P

I mostly write whenever I'm feeling down or is sick.
It helps me keep my mind off things.
Sometimes, I just get an idea for a story, so I'll start writing.

I've been asked with question before and it's the same answer still.

I write because it's one of the things i'm good at ( i think so anyway ) and i enjoy story telling. There's no deep meaning behind why i write, but almost always when i do write a story or make a failed attempt to do a poem, it first starts off as a dream, then i let my pencil do the writing for a couple of pages until i get familiar with the characters, and finally, i go to the computer and let my fingers fly over the keyboard, recording whatever's in my head at the time.

If that made any sense, idk

I write because there's a character in my head whose story wants to be told. it's not going to get done if i don't do it ( I'm too possessive over my characters ) and it doesn't get any simpler than that

hummm...an interesting question to ask ....I don't write often ...but I do enjoy telling a story or writing a poem that I can put alot of emotions into...I like creating "the grand tale" as it were and I truly guess that's all there is to it

There are so many things that I see or think about or encounter that can't be captured by a picture or that I fear will one day fade from my memory. So I write to capture those moments or thoughts or emotions, like a camera. I just write them down so I can hold onto those times even if just a little bit longer.
