How long do you guys sleep??

I do that for one whole month in a year, I sleep for 12 hours when fasting

i actually don't know i just wake up at 7 or 8 o'clock usually

i sleep between 3 and 6 hours a day however they are usually not at night,I can't sleep well at night until the sun reveals herself and the world begins anew

hi P20,the only time i sleep long is when i'm sick...but it's not really sleeping when you are laying there in pain with your eyes closed while the symphany plays in your head

i sleep 6 hours a day tops(not because i choose too)
but when i dont hava class and stuff i can sleep even for a hole day...^^

Considering I work graveyards fulltime and school. Probably around 4-5 hours a day if it's not a weekend! I hate sleeping though and the adderall helps.

i dont like to sleep long,just enough for my body to recooperate...
there is too much to do thsat is more beneficial than sleep....staying still for more than a few hours is irritating,you are wasting a perfectly good day
