Lucid Dreams

Alright, so for the first time in years i had a lucid dream last night. If you don't know what a lucid dream is, it is simply a dream in which you are aware that you are dreaming, also called a conscious dream. I realized that i was dreaming so i took advantage of it and imagined myself flying. It was f-ing awesome!!! it felt very real to me. So this got me thinking, i'm sure other people have had lucid dreams.

So i want to know, have any of you had lucid dreams and what have you done inside the dream? what do you think of lucid dreams, or dreams in general (i.e. the power of them)?
