You should secretly work on it then send a manuscript to publishers.You never know people might steal your ideas. That story has alot of potential.

I don't think I could do that yet, I'm probably too young, but i do want to be an author when i get older

not that it matters much, but i too am a writer, and since you have already admitted your age , in uncertain terms, i am impressed. very, nicely done, and well written with good description. im intrigued!

You don't have to be a certain age to work on a manuscript for a novel. You can just wait until you can have it published,ya know.

yea, but as i get older my skills will improve, so really waiting a few years with a story that is not my full potential wouldn't be good

Then when the time comes you can look over it and make it better =) And if you do, you'll be able to see how much you've improved.
