overall, i trust different ppl with different things, some with worded secrets, some with physical items, ect. but i dont trust a lot of ppl, for a number of reasons all combined.

For your question: It's not reccomended that you keep things bottled up to yourself. Humans are social creatures and so we are meant to work together and help each other. Studies have been done in which people who talk to friends when stressed on average, lived a few years longer than those who kept everything bottled up. So it may not be the healthiest but you can always find coping strategies for your stress that do the same thing as talking to others. However, they may no be as socially rewarding.

You remind me of a friend who always said humans are social creatures. I remember during exams he'd locked himself away for some intense studying and when he finally came out, his voice had nearly all but disappeared and he couldn't stop saying, "Humans are social creatures, I need to top up my socialising, throw some social people at me damnit!" xD.

I find Bob Marley to be a truly inspirational musician and being in general. A unique soul. Such a quote only consolidates my opinion of him ^^.

Haha, sounds similar. I say humans are social creatures and yet I'll lock myself away like a mad man, only to emerge a month later causing a rukus and being everyone's friend. Then I return to my cave and continue in my crazy ways.
