Guys what do you do when you get lonely?

When that happened to me I read books !

i draw or do something that makes me active

instantly look for something funny to watch.

When i begin feeling lonely i tend to put music on loud and sing my heart out. Or i just go to bed and watch drama's, i tend to zone out as well. It is weird because i have two kids and always have one of them with me yet i still can feel really lonely.

When I get lonely I try to distract myself from that by doing things which are either funny or need to be done like listening to music would go in first category or studyiing which would go in the second.

I don't get lonely, I learned long ago that it is all in my head and their is no reason to even have such feelings. Everything is a choice and if I choose to be lonely it is my own fault and if I don't want to be lonely weather I am with someone or not is also my own choice. So as a rule I choose not to be lonely no matter what situation I am in and thus am never lonely.

Mind over matter.

The same can be applied to being happy. You would be surprised how many feelings really are dependent on your own choosing not on your situation. Me personally I think I could put myself in a mindset to be happy even if I was being tortured. And no I am not a masochist.

Take a long walk up da mountains with da dog!! or get up a couple quid,go out and drink, take shots, get ****ed up!! and try and get a girl to take me home!! then drink da next day and try 2 forget ya were ever out in da first place!!

Yay, that's awesome philosophy!! I have the same outlook on power of mind however I learned it just recently.. after pushing all my friends away because our hobbies changed. I chose anime and drama however xD.
