Guys what do you do when you get lonely?

I'm going insane, haven't talked to people in days and i'm constantly feeling lonely, really weird, what do you do when you feel like that?

When i get like that, i pace or just stare off at the ceiling until i cant take it, Then i go walking for a few hours.
