Ahhh rightio, I think I understannd what it smells like now, though it does seem to have quite the evasive scent that's difficult to put your finger on and accurately describe.

It's a bit difficult . At least for me ^^. The smell...? Well it's not very strong (when fresh of course :P). When you cook it, it smells a bit salty and greazy i guess. Maybe a very slight smoky smell too. I think it smells good
