Yes always good to be with close friends, although I don't have any since I moved to Australia, never see anyone but my husband, kids, and his family. I don't really go out much I am a hermit.

It is a great way to let things out everyone should find something they enjoy doing and can put their heart and thoughts into. I like art and love music, music is a wonderful outlet for me.
