Attention all Uchiha Clan Fire House members!

This is the Feudal Lord of the Fire House Speaking to let you know that there is a Tourney this weekend and every weekend, usually starting from Friday evening to Sunday night at midnight Eastern Time. In the tourney, you will be able to win new things such as new jutsu(this week’s prize), weapons, chakra, etc. to help build your character. Also, the Kage will be watching to see who is making improvements and becoming better, so there is always the possibility of a promotion as well. I want the Fire House to be the best, so I am sending out this letter to all members. Remember that everyone should fight someone around their own level, genin fight genin or chunin and jounin fight each other and up. Also remember to be creative and use this scale for chakra use: Summon 25% chakra and lasts 3 turns, Low jutsu 10%, medium 15%, high 25%, elite(only elite jounin and up can use these techniques) 35%
