I suggest re-naming Moscow to Rainbase (OP fans!!).
I mean I can't think of any other city where it's been hot as HELL for lotta days, every1 was wearing swimsuits, and on the next day (today) it rained like HELL. I mean,
rain like hell=rains so hard you can't see the person next to you.
