I love the jutsu cpt.They are all approved,however this group should be moderated from here on in.No other members from houses will be able to join...only new members to UC...or qualified Jounins...The reason is because this is an exceptional group and we don't want it too interfere with the connection to the other houses.The jutsu is given to every member so you have to be an active member of UC to have this privelage.We don't want people getting too over powered with their house jutsu,plus things they earn a nd all the sound jutsu as well...
So let's try to advertise to all new members that haven't joined a house.This will be ahouse instead of a group,with the exception of qualified Jounin who have been active.This is just a halk c0cked decision,up for debate...
