you werent really specific about what you wanted to know, I guess the only tools we're using is a video editor(Sony Vegas) and an audio editor(Audacity)

heya, so what's so misleading about my questions? I just want to know what tools are needed to do this. I mean, it's not like i'm gonna download a raw, then get a knife and 'chop' the video on the screen.
