you can browse posts anytime by ckicking on the blue folder at the top-left on screen.
you can allso search or view new posts its all inn the blue menubar at the top.

when you browse deeper, you find a button under the mainmenu that says: "new tread". click on that button to make a thread or a poll in that category^^

you post comments on threads in the field at the total bottom. or if you want answer or quote someone else's post use the quote button on the their post.

you can allways check the "FAQ" in the ble menubar to find info about the site^^
