Add 50 multiply by 20
Add 1012
Subtract the year you were born

The first digit is Your shoe size while the last two (2) digits is your age

Anyone knows or idea what the advantage and disadvantages of this "martial arts"...

am i right? it is a form of martial arts?or not?

anyway.. since my diet is always --- FAILED -- might as well get into this kind of "exercise"
