OK it has been bugging me for a while now. So many times in anime the characters say "I'll never forgive you for that" and variations thereof.

Why?

Is it a cultural thing where they believe they will be haunted by someone if they have a grudge when they die or something?

Well, random web surfing lead me to an article reporting on how Funimation has already begun dubbing the first 48 episodes of Fairy Tail in english. This is confirmed as Funimation has already set up a page for FT on their website announcing this. It is scheduled to begin releasing episodes 1-4 on 10/21/11 on the funimation site.

Andy Krippner was a member of the U.S. military and attended the same church as I did. We were not close, but I consider him to be a friend in addition to being a brother in Christ. Andy died while serving overseas in Afghanistan. I have not been informed of the circumstances and do not expect to, for at least a while, as I was not a close friend of the family. I'm not sure I want to. I do know he died in his service to our country and protecting the freedom we take for granted every day.

So we are getting things together so we can know everything we need to do to run the business before filing the paperwork to register for tax purposes and all the legal crap.
I've got most of what of what we need sorted out, but advertising wise I'm stuck. Like most start-ups money is tight and I will likely be the one investing money into it. Not like money is being taken from me, I think this could be moderately successful and a good small return on my investment while helping a friend...

So basically i know what i want to draw and i know it will probably look bad and silly-going for Luffy with sharingan eyes. My issue is not the quality of the drawing or the idea, but rather how to get it onto my PC since the scanner no longer works. I have a digital camera that is pretty good as well as a smart-phone so i could use them. The issue with those is the picture quality.
If you have any suggestions as to how i could do this please let me know. I plan on doing the drawing...
