It's like Neo Tokyo in a few decades and like, idk hard to explain. Kinda sci-fi with the setting in the future, but it's like shit i just can't describe it. You'll love it if you're into anything apocalyptic/futuristic/political/sorta sciencey fictiony
Anytime, anytime.
Way cool though, I will definitely check it out and let you know my thoughts on it.
Some other good series I enjoy that aren't necessarily 'my theme' would be: Jormungand - this series is just brilliant. Gungrave - a really good take on a relatively current or plausible issue in a world like ours. Akira - that was a neat movie, you'd like it if you enjoyed Gungrave.
I'm sure I could come up with more but that's all I got for now. I'm visiting in Jersey and consuming this relatively quick internet while I can lol.
Oh I love Bebop, even though I'm really not the sci-fi buff. I just don't like the robots and the technical crap, we have enough of that in real life now in my opinion, and it was just never my interest.
Samurai Champloo was freaking amazing, a really modern but badass take on the samurai.
Both have really good stories behind them, I personally like the romance theme, and anything with a dark backdrop or underlying concept.
Have you ever seen Darker than Black, or perhaps Dantalian no Shoka?
