Right.... so basically this is it...
I've been screwed over by some ass once again and I broke it off.... and now he's gone whining to his ex girlfriend and she started telling me off for leaving him because he screwed me over?!
"you said mean things and it wasn't right and you hurt him"
boo hoo, cry me a river
so what it basically all boils down to is: even though I am the one that got screwed over I have no right to be upset...

Okay ladies (and gents

I think everybody basically knows that, you want to get in good shape for the summer, get rid of all that "winter fur" if you get my drift... but many of us (including yours truly) already die at the THOUGHT of going to the gym to run or cycle etc. well, I just found the perfect solution:

Okay,... so Im sure most of you guys watch the Olympics in Vancouver... and so Im sure you also know that the Dutch team is not particularly good in anything but ONE of the disciplines... Ice Skating.... and who is our man?, you got it.
