Well I guess if it's not just you doing it on your own it will be ok carrying on at home^ Usually people tend to stop altogether with that move though if there's no one there to push them into it.

haha thats awesome. i cancelled my gym membership earlier in the month and my last day i can go is november 25th. my roommates and I pitched in and bought a bowflex and the weight selection dumbells. we got a bench and everything so we got a homegym now. i used to go to the gym late at night, and once in a rare while at like 1 or 2 am when I just couldnt sleep.

i don't know kilograms, you know how us americans just HAVE to be stupidly different. im a short 5'7 at 150 pounds... that turns out to be... 68 kilos. yeah putting on weight is pretty hard :-/
