yeah I figured since your just now replying to me talk about late tsk
I have fell asleep with my laptop in my lap and oddly I don't move in my sleep if I do that, but usually if I feel myself falling asleep like you get that sleepy it is not funny I just shut it off and go to bed, it is not enough to wake me back up. If you really pay attention to the meditation it works because you are not focused on anything else. Just stay away from the weird shit like opening your 3rd eye stuff lol
Guided meditation is what you want and try a couple and find someone with a voice you find soothing, you know how some people just have a voice that call lull you to sleep. So search guided meditation for sleep or stress either one will work not hypnosis ones just meditation ones.

I know that feeling I stay up that late quite often, what is keep you awake? Too much on your mind? Meditation things on youtube can knock me out lol

I survived it lol but yeah not good my kids have the same problem but they got help unlike me so my daughter makes a lot better choices than I did

that is an understatement I was a bad teen I also have panic disorder but never got help for it then so I did a lot of self destructive things, meh would not go back to being that young again.
