and sorry again, tonight I'll be out so I won't be here to run a mission.. but there shall be a Uchiha Party tonight... tomorrow theres a Turny where you can win increasing and sunday we will have a real mission with the guys of the fire house

nooo it hasnt but gaara is kinda disappointed at how not that many people get on...i keep meaning to get on but i always forget. He doesnt seem mad i kinda know he is. I feel bad. But anyways it hasnt died out. I should go check it out...

Still metal is a combination of elements so basically its limited to jonin...which i need to talk to queen about

well, its generally easier to learn rules by watching fights but basically
A) the 2 clone limit
B) large and complicated jutsus are usually only available to people of elite jonin/kage
B2)Large elemental jutsus of a house can be used by any but take a large toll of chakra
C) Summons are only allowed for 3 turns and can only be summoned once
D) mangekyou attacks generally are not defended against easily
and thats basically all i can tell you atm....Try watching some of the matches during the tournament this weekend and you'll get used to it
