I doubt he's a Jinchurriki cuz it could interfere with the manga's. He's probably just got a special power. Like a curse mark or something completely different.

Akatsuki had 2 bijuu before they got Gaara, After that they found 2 more, so there are 4 remaining. Kyuubi and some others (8 tailed i think, whitch is Orochimaru i think)

i don't think orochimaru is a bijuu. if you have followed the anime or manga it never showed that he is one.
