well we cant make any assumptions bout konan she may be stronger than she looks because remeber she did beat one of jiriya's clones when she was young

Jiraya's clone Jutsu was a Senjutsu technique so Konan might have a chance. But with Kurenai's Genjutsu abilities, she wouldn't get a hold of her. Kurenai even got Itachi inside her Genjutsu although he has Mangekyu Sharingan.

itachi didnt use ms to escape her genjutsu it was a copy counter function of the sharingan

But you can also use the abilities of the MS even when one of the abilities of it has been used. Like Itachi can use Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu while he is using Mangekyu Sharingan.

tsukuyomi and amaterasu are only active durin mangekyu sharingan
