I think that it's only fair that we give the females a chance to Shine. They do more than just cook, clean and take care of the children, don't you?

Therefore, who do you think is the strongest, but at the same time I would also like to know, which one is the coolest too.
Also what are your reasons for saying so as well?
Let's leave out the "fifth Hokage" which is the strongest, but what about the rest?

well the strongest female so far would have to be konan/chiyo/kurenai, now for the coolest i would have to say anko
