thanks NinCresentMoonBlade you dont all ways have to kill yeah i like that like i would like also a embodyment of water that turn you to water that would be mad just before you get hit change to water but the down side uses heaps of Chakra and you need water to make your self whole again kinda like regenerateing i guess

Mine would be
Ice mind Jutsu

Uses the water from everywhere which u make with a water jutsu then turn it into ice and teleport it inside the oppenents mind which will freeze it and make them die

mine would be

world of darkness jutsu

were everything within fifty yards turns a dark black and red, kind of like itachi's mangekyo sharingan world. and you can control all matter in that space. it's like a super genjutsu except the things you see and the affects are real. ^.^

But seriously, probably an Ice based move that involves Nature Manipulation like the Rashiriken, I am not sure what it would be exactly, but it would be awesome -su

Cloud Release: Hell Tornado
Kumo: Makai Teikiatsu
Elements: Fire, Water, Wind

This technique creates dark storm clouds which center over the target, then unleashes a cyclone that engulfs the target in flames. This technique needs the user to be attuned to water and fire to create clouds, and wind to form it.

Probably the strongest jutsu I've made up so far.

MIND THINGY JUTSU!!!
creates a random jutsu depending on the situation, how much u r harmed and your amount of chakra.

the worst the situation the stronger the technique, the more chakra u have...duh -.- the stronger ur attack. Then the less amount of damage u took makes controling the jutsu easier.
