i think that naruto is stronger than a jounin-ninja, maybe strong as an elite-ninja...
and i will remind you what happend there with itachi and naruto ...
the conversation before the fight of those uchiha-brothers, there itachi gaved naruto some of his power by a crow which flew into narutos mouth...
after this he said that he hopes the day will never come where you must use this power <--- this means that this "power" is risky ... probably a special-technique of the uchiha clan ... maybe the sharingan cauze Itachi gaved his MS(Mangekyou Sharingan) techniques to Sasuke with only one contact on his face!
that's my opinion what do you think?

yeah
but you have to concentrate on the target
i doubt that kamui will work against someone like madara
whos really fast

it would be very unlikely that naruto learns a technique from the uchiha clan just from having power given to him from itachi. Itachi had the the mangekyou sharingan which is able to control the nine tails meaning that the power could also mean that he would have more control of his nine tail power and if you remember, the fourth left a technique for naruto and for him to use the nine tails for the better. So it doesn't neccessarily mean that he will learn a technique from the uchiha clan but i do agree with you that naruto is strong if not stronger than an elite nin. This is just what i think

well actually amaterasu, tsuyokumi and susano are the the best mangekyou techniques although i think that the third and final technique of the mangekyou depends on the person and in this case it just happens that kakashi created a different technique with the sharingan (which may be the third and final technique along with amaterasu and tsuyokumi) although we're not sure because he only has one eye meaning it has half the effect e.g. if kakashi had obito's right eye then the right eye may have been able to paralyze the target or trap them and then the left eye would be able to transport them into another dimension.

About Naruto's status, he's power and strength matches jounin or above that level, where as he tactics and strategy remains that of genin or slight above that level, since he's got a bad temper, and he's very rash, that could put others in danger.

We have not seen Madara's true powers yet.
