I don't think its an Uchiha/sharingan related technique too.
But the power to control the 9tails, its certainly not, since he went 8 tails in the battle with Pain and wasn't able to control it. Like you said the only way to control it is by the key the 4th left.

Actually, each sharingan manekyou user develops and uses his own unique 3 techniques. So Kakashi could never have had Amaterasu and/or Tsukuyomi in any way. The only people who can use them are Itachi and Sasuke since they were transfered on him.
Tsukuyomi is used by the left eye, Amaterasu by the right eye and Susanoo by both eyes.
Kakashi only has a left eye, which is the one who developed and uses Kamui. It not possible for it to be the 3rd technique since it would require 2 eyes.

It would be funny if EMS has a jutsu that's like reversal kamui that works on the user as well, that would explain things for madara's 'jutsu'. And if so...well i'm taking this down to the theory thread.

I keep wondering, if Obito had still been alive and gotten a MS, would he have Kamui in his eye? Or would he have developed differently?

Well, it all depends on if the tech is dependant on the eye or the person in which it sits.

Yeah, transferring mangekyo jutsu to someone with a sharingan is one thing, actually mutating a guy into a Sharingan user by stuffing a genjutsu crow in his mouth is another completely.

Itachi met up with naruto right before the Itachi/sasuke fight and force fed Naruto a crow and its supposed to give him power or something
