Kakashi's Kamui is his only hope.

Interns of fighting ability and using techniques, I'd say Kakashi has a slight edge. But Jiraya has powerful summons, Sage mode and a bigger chakra reserve to pull from so he would win the fight even if Kakashi does give him trouble. Not to mention his sage mode comes with Ma and Pa to provide him with extra back up.

It takes him 6 years to actually summon Ma and Pa so that he can enter sage mode though.

Jiraiya would be winner.. Kakashi can't use sharing to long cause he isn't uchiha..

Jiraiya hes one of the 3 sannin plus he can summon frog/toads and enter sage mode, kakashi is a copy cat but he relies on the sharinan to much so im sure jaraiya would win with sage mode and the rassengan.

Kakashi's MS move is an instant kill move and so he doesn't need to use it a lot.

lets not forget its accuracy isnt great though and takes a while.

jiraya may not be the fastest character around

all jiraya would have to do is summon something between him and kakashi though, if he's not in kamui's line of sight, it wont work.

I think accuracy and time was a problem only before he gained more experience. Now he can use it suddenly and accurately enough to pick off small metal objects flying at him at high speeds and missiles. He also took out Sasuke's extremely fast arrows. I think Kakashi would have hit him before Jiraiya could draw the blood and summon.
