like i said with my past post i said They can't MASTER IT! thus making it usless in battle.

someone without sharingan cannot use chidori!!!! they have the same exact vision as kakashi had, that was the only thing keeping him from using it, its impossible to use it without it!!

Did you just ignore it again? Maybe i should clarify. I clearly state my side of the argument several times. I said they can only master chidori with sharingan. Hell I even bolded the parts.

He is kinda right because when Kakashi got sharingan he was able to complete chidori.
You could use chidori without sharingan, but sharingan will help you hit the target if the opponent counterattack.
