Head 2 head they're equal, at least in their raw forms. Their effect on objects differs, but every time they've been smashed together the outcome has always been a draw.
I think that's the point of the techniques.

Rasengan doesn't have an element. Fuuton Rasenshuriken does though.

Well based on the fight on the roof when they both hit the water tank Rasengan did more damage.

i think the rasengan is stronger as we saw when sasuke and naruto used against each other,rasengan caused alot more damage.
