He still needed the shadow clones, but he was able to do one in each hand, it was hard to see in the fight buuuut, you can still see where he uses a clone to create the rasengans.

Well I don't think he needed the clones because if the clones can do the rasengan in one hand on their own, i'm pretty sure the original host can do it to. I think he ust used the clones because he had to be smooth to actually execute the rasengan to the Pain's.

Rasengan, its incomplete, so it can get stronger if the user learns how to do that

Well the normal Rasengan and the Chidori are pretty much the same, but the Fuuton: Rasengan would win any day.

rasengan is 2 easy to avoid , chidory on the other hand can be close combat and ranged as shown in the new episodes

I say rasengan, which is a shame since they said that mixing nature manipulation with spatial recomposition is suppose to increase an attack power ten fold. which shows how good the 4th was
