Well it depend back then Naruto was stronger than Sasuke and Sasuke knew that why he wanted to test Naruto to see if it really was true and when they fought in the waterfall they were about the same level and yet chidori won.

True but now naruto has been out traning with Jiraiya and he has also gotten stronger and we havent seen all of his new techniques. But we did see the odamarasengan.

Naruto is a guy that usually don't hold back unlike Sasuke he love to play with his opponents, so you're telling me Naruto is hiding something?

Its isnt less mobile the chidori by himself its only that sasuke learned how to manipulate the chidori and make it flow by all he's body and since he uses sharingan when using the chidori he has more mobility

Yeah your right. Sasuke would have the same mobility with rasengan as he has with chidori.

Chidori's power depends on the persons ability to attain speed, watch Gaara vs Sasuke.... Gai/Kakashi will explain it more clearly.. U need speed and do a steaight forward thrust against the enemy.
