I had already proven that Rasengan isn't better than Chidori but if you keep insisting i would gladly show you.
Chidori movements are faster just by the simple fact that in order to achive Chidori you need to move at a imense speed as it has been stated by kakashi during the last stage of the chunnin exams(gaara vs. Sasuke), Elemental Shuriken Rasengan provide the same result that chidori would provide his user the only differences is the amount of damage but both has the potential to kill any one when hit accurately. Besides that- let now analyze tatics- Elemental Shuriken Rasengan leave his user with broken arms(bones) and takes life away too, it is stronger but it's futile if they both provide the same result(kill) but unlike Wind Elemental Rasengan Shuriken the Chidori Nagashi allow his user to kill and defend plus strategice and it's already been proven severals times in the manga- i don't wish to write it again cause it's alot! POWER DOESN'T RELY ON STRENGH ITSELF Chidori burns a huge amount of chakra but it's worthy and it's result both on the user and on the enemy is way better than Rasengan. Naruto isn't smarter than Sasuke and you should know better, it's reflected on sasuke's nagashi that it's been design to strategice meaning capable of thinking ahead while naruto just keep adding more power to rasengan at the cost of his own self in order to obtain as much power as possible.

well did you see that when naruto and sasuke were fighting, naruto damaged the water tower much more than sasuke?

BTW you cant comparate a jutsu form the legendary 4th hokage and a jutsu from a usualy jounin
