And here goes again "can be combined with element/wind"

So are you saying that rasengan can become a NEW AND DIFFERANT technique than rasengan, and that NEW AND DIFFERANT technique is stronger than chidori ? So what about rasengan ?
What do they feed you in school ?!?

Or are you saying that rasengan combined with earth will be stornger than Chidori used by a weak ninja, not profficient with chidori ?

Rasengan is better, because with Chidory the user charges right at the opponent...Chidory depends on the power of surprise too much to be successful.

I think that Rasengan is stronger even if you don't count the chidory's , chidory hits and destroyes only the area where it hits which s only a size of fist, while Rasengan on the point of impact demolishes a big area around it, so rasengan is more powerful to me, but still we all saw how sasuke used his chidory in the shippenden episode.

The full body chidory, that was pretty I think.

Rasengan is more powerful, but chidori is probably the better attack of the two.
