I think they said Naruto's training would take 10 years normally. I think once you know how to use an element then using multiple jutsu is nothing. The third obviously could use them all unless Konoha lacks jutsu of a certain type. He was one of the strongest people in the series for a reason. We know Konoha has water, fire, and earth jutsu.

does konoha have any wind jutsu? if not...

i think its plausible that he used all the 'common' jutsu as well. all the other kages have a signature and his is versatility rather than shodai's haxxor mokuton, tsunades healing, niidaimes exaggerated chakra reserves & yondaime's many plot-devicing-no jutsus
