summons are no proof
even weak ninjas are able to summon huge things ( like that water thingy )

and poisons arent fitting for one on one battle
tsunade needs to get way to close to her enemys to poisons them

in the case kushina ( without bijuu ) vs tsunade ( without inhuman strengh )
the advantage is clearly on kushinas side
since its no prob for kushina to seal tsunades movement

you're referring to a filler.

Poisons are very suited to one on one battles. She's a taijutsu specialist. Do you really think closing in is a problem? Not to mention that she can coat ranged weapons with poisons. Tsunade also has a invincible jutsu which makes it almost impossible for her to die in battle.

hhmmm by what i have seen it ties the enemy down and seals its movements
and kushina can shoot it instantly

1. Tsunade has top tier speed. The kyuubi is a big target and was a mindless beast with no mind to dodge. 2. It seems like the same jutsu that Tobi uses. It could be that she could only use it on the kyuubi because she was connected to it.

might be but still it could be that its a normal jutsu she can use whenever she wants

and the chains were pretty fast too so im not sure if tsunade can keep up with them

i mean a single hit would be enough and tsunade is down

Tsunade's already a much smaller target and her specialty is evasion.

A single hit with poison is enough to kill obviously.

It also probably costs far more chakra to use than a kunai. There's also Tsunade's summon to worry about which spits acid and would be immune to the chain move.
