I think it was something Itachi did because it looks like the birds come out of his eyes.

this is very very hard to speculate. there is almost nothing that could even possibly hint at itachi's return. the only thing that can come of this is maybe madara did something.. or sasuke has put danzo under the tsukeyomi. im thinking its genjutsu...

edit: sasuke is using the MS right before the crows start to pop out of sasuke. so it would seem that genjutsu is the most likely at this point o.0

I thought about Genjutsu too from either Danzo or Sasuke, most possibly Sasuke, but I am not sure I don't wanna say Itachi came back to life, it would be awkward, what would his role be? D:

to think about it more logically...if itachi did come back to life... danzo wouldn't be the one who he is facing. he would be opposing sasuke instead.

id like him to be back alive and help an all that stuff but its got to be Genjutsu

Maybe Itachi put them in his eyes to act as a safe guard as he did before.

Yeah like I said, when the 4th came out to help Naruto, maybe Itachi is doing the same with Sasuke, but I am curious to know what power Itachi gave Naruto.
