He formed signs if I recall meaning it required some chakra. Likely he used shiki fujin b/c instead of trying seal each one individually which I'd imagine would take more chakra and effort, it would allow him to seal all three at once plus doing it at one time keeps Oro from finding out what he was doing and defending against it.

Actually refering to the lack of taijutsu skills of some of the zombies, but u r right 99% of everyone( with the 1% being Naruto, KB, and Kisame) don't have a near infinite source of chakra and would be disadvantaged without it.

He used shadow clones, it was simultaneous either way.
He needed Shiki Fuujin to pull the souls out in the first place, he couldn't seal them in the bodies they were in, that would have done nothing.

Youre assuming there's no other sealing jutsu in existence that can do that. The bodies are just a medium for the soul to interact with the physical world. So sealing options are open. We havent been exposed to but a few seals in the series. Likely Shiki Fuujin is one of the most powerful as it contracts with the death god itself. This would allow The third to prevent their use (the First and Second) by Oro even after he dies which is part of the point of resorting to it.

He only had so much chakra left. Yes he used clones but under these circumstances the contract extends to the clones too. When Naruto makes mass clones they have to form their own rasengan from the dispersed chakra in each one. They dont just get one because the real Naruto makes one.

The Third knew enough jutsu to know of other sealing options. This seal makes it permanent even after he dies, and he had just enough chakra to do it. Fortunately, the First, Second, and Third shouldnt be able to become a part of the E.T. army.

we have seen two more seals the iron seal wich is used to seal hachibi in kb and the one wich was used to seal the kyuubi in kushina and there wasn´t said that the user died

Every country that had a tailed beast had it's own sealing jutsu.
I prefer to let Kishi show us how Edo Tensei can be beaten and not make speculations that probably will be wrong.

And dont forget the seal that Kakashi used o try to hold back Oro's cursed seal on Sasuke. The shiki fuujin was taught to Minato by Kushina. I dont know whether it been verified or not if that was the same seal used to seal the kyuubi into her as it was on Naruto.

Speculations come from people constantly bringing it up as a grievance when all anyone can do is wait and see.

Eight Trigrams Sealing Style was used to seal Kyuubi in Naruto and probably Kushina.
Dunno if Kushina teached Minato Shiki Fujin(Since the 3rd could do it too).I think it was mention it was in the scroll Naruto took in the beginning(From where he learned Kage Bunshin)

If thats the case then someone died and is suffering for eternity just to do the bijuu transfer.

That suck@ss. Perhaps another type of sealing process to do the transfer should be developed in Konoha?
